You should call us for style, color, and size availability and we can ship your selection to you. All major credit cards accepted or C.O.D is also available.
Can you accommodate orders for special occasions such as weddings, fashion shows, or large groups?
Yes, we can. Our inventory will allow us to handle special orders for all occasions. If we do not have everything in stock, it is possible for us to order the items for you.
What shipping arrangements can be used for processing my order?
You may request UPS, FED EX, or US Postal Service – next day air, second day air, or ground service. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your purchase amount. We can ship your selection anywhere in the United States or overseas.
If it is necessary to return an item, what is the store policy?
All merchandise that is NOT WORN will be accepted for EXCHANGE ONLY. There are NO REFUNDS. If the style, size, or color is not correct, a replacement can certainly be found within our extensive shoe, clothing, and hat inventory. There is merchandise available for all tastes and all occasions.
IN STORE SALES: We gladly accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All ATM and debit cards are also welcome, along with personal checks and travelers' checks. We also welcome layaways.
LAYAWAYS: Layaways are accepted with a 10% deposit. At least 2 payments per month are necessary to keep merchandise in layaway. When the merchandise is paid for, including freight charges, it will be sent to you.
TELEPHONE ORDERS: All major credit cards accepted along with personal checks and money orders. If using a personal check, a ten day waiting period will be necessary for the check to clear the bank, before the merchandise is shipped. Money order payments ensure next day response. Your order will be shipped the following day. COD is also an option.
SHIPPING COSTS: All telephone orders will include the cost of the merchandise plus tax, shipping and handling costs depending on the method of shipment selected. Please call to confirm total shipping charges.
RETURNS: All merchandise that is NOT WORN will be accepted for EXCHANGE ONLY. There are NO REFUNDS. If the style, size, or color is not correct, a replacement certainly can be found within our extensive shoe, clothing, and hat inventory. A store credit will be issued for the original merchandise price, not shipping cost.
